Carpenter vacancy in Doha Qatar, description of duties, and qualifications required.

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Doha. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 with the opportunity to learn on the job and develop your skills. We are open to considering applications from immigrants with minimal work experience.

• Experience in carpentry or a related field is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided
• Ability to read blueprints/instructions

The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, maintaining and repairing structures made of wood, plywood and wallboard. They will also be responsible for measuring materials and cutting them according to specifications, assembling parts together using glue, screws and other fasteners. The Carpenter must also be able to safely use all tools necessary for the job such as saws, hammers, drills etc.

Furthermore they must be able to adhere strictly to safety regulations at all times when on the job.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
