Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
Mechanical Technician ( Utilities and product handling)- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience in utilities, fertilizer, power plant, port, cement, mining, or heavy industrial plant.
- Maintain cooling towers, boilers, air compressors, diesel engines, pumps, valves, and gearboxes
- Maintain conveyors, reclaimers, ship loaders, storage tanks, and product handling systems.
- Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
- Carry out equipment inspection, repair, alignment, and overhauling.
- Follow PTW, LOTO, and HSE procedures.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating and static mechanical equipment.
- Maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, valves, vessels, exchangers and piping.
- Carry out equipment installation, removal and reinstallation activities.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, isometrics and datasheets.
- Inspect work quality and rectify identified mechanical faults.
