Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician
- Location: Doha, Qatar — On-site
- Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician to join our on-site team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands‑on experience in signage production, fabrication, graphic finishing, and installation.
The role involves working on a variety of commercial and retail signage projects, including illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, light boxes, vinyl graphics, ACP cladding, directional signage, and branding installations.
Key Responsibilities- Fabricate, assemble, finish, and install indoor and outdoor signage.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, production layouts, and installation plans.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish signage components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Prepare substrates and surfaces for accurate vinyl application.
- Apply self‑adhesive vinyl graphics to acrylic, glass, metal, composite panels, and vehicles.
- Mount, laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics according to project specifications.
- Install illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, light boxes, directional signage, and commercial branding elements.
- Perform ACP cladding installation and associated finishing work where required.
- Carry out site installations while following applicable workplace safety procedures.
- Inspect completed installations for quality, accuracy, alignment, and finish.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work area.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4–5 years of relevant signage fabrication and installation experience.
- Experience working on commercial, retail, advertising, or corporate signage projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of vinyl application, graphic finishing, and signage assembly.
- Hands‑on experience with illuminated signs, channel letters, light boxes, and ACP cladding.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation layouts.
- Familiarity with workshop tools, fabrication equipment, and installation methods.
- Strong attention to detail and practical problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic English communication skills.
- GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of signage fabrication, production, and installation processes.
- Comfortable working at customer sites and, where required, at heights.
- Physically fit and capable of performing hands‑on installation work.
- Quality‑focused with good attention to finishing details.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and time‑management skills.
