JOB VACANCY – FOREMAN (EPOXY & TERRAZZO WORKS)

We are looking for an experienced Foreman specialized in Epoxy Flooring and Terrazzo Works to join our team in Qatar.

Position:
Foreman – Epoxy & Terrazzo Works

• Supervise and coordinate Epoxy Flooring and Terrazzo Works at project sites.
• Manage workers and ensure proper allocation of manpower and materials.
• Ensure correct surface preparation, mixing, application, leveling, grinding, polishing, and finishing procedures.
• Supervise epoxy systems including self-leveling epoxy, epoxy coating, decorative epoxy, and related flooring systems.
• Supervise terrazzo installation, grinding, polishing, joint detailing, and finishing.
• Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other site teams.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and materials.
• Identify and rectify workmanship and quality issues before inspection.
• Enforce company HSE and site safety requirements.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Foreman in Epoxy and Terrazzo Works.
• Strong practical knowledge of epoxy flooring and terrazzo application.
• Experience in GCC construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of skilled and unskilled workers.
• Able to understand drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong knowledge of finishing quality and troubleshooting of flooring defects.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar with transferable QID/NOC are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
