Mechanical Supervisor​/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the mechanical team ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently according to project timelines
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and other departments to integrate mechanical activities seamlessly into the overall project plan
• Supervise the installation maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment adhering to strict quality control standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a high standard of workmanship

Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in mechanical supervision within the oil & gas or heavy industrial sector. Professional certifications such as PMP or relevant trade certifications (e.g., welding, pipe fitting) are highly desirable. Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of mechanical technicians and tradespeople.
