We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician (Factory Specialist) to join our factory maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient factory operations.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical circuits and distribution panels within the factory.
• Diagnose electrical faults in industrial machinery, equipment, and production lines and repair them efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electric motors, transformers, and electrical control systems.
• Work with PLC control panels and basic inverter systems, according to the requirements of the position.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical cables, connections, panels, motors, and other equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the PM (Preventive Maintenance) Schedule.
• Record electrical faults, maintenance activities, repairs, and replaced parts in maintenance records.
• Follow all electrical and occupational health and safety procedures when working with low- and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Coordinate with the maintenance engineer or supervisor regarding major electrical faults, technical issues, and spare-parts requirements.
• Assist with the operation, inspection, and maintenance of backup generators and UPS systems, where applicable.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and support the maintenance team in keeping production lines running efficiently.
• Keep electrical tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform other electrical maintenance duties related to factory operations as assigned by the supervisor.

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Previous experience working in a factory, manufacturing plant, or production environment is preferred.
• GCC experience is preferred, especially in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, or other GCC countries.
• Good knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems and industrial control systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of electric motors, transformers, control panels, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to use electrical testing and measuring equipment such as multimeter, megger, and other electrical tools.
• Good understanding of electrical safety standards and safe working procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify electrical faults and respond quickly to breakdowns.
• Ability to work under pressure and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work shifts, if required.
• Valid work visa or transferable sponsorship, if applicable, according to company policy.
• Good teamwork, communication, and work discipline.

• Basic Salary: QAR 2,000 per month
