Senior Tile Fixer​/Chargehand

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fixing porcelain, ceramic, and large-format tiles, as well as the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Supervise and direct a team of tile fixing workers while remaining hands-on with the work.
• Set-out, measure, align, and control levels to ensure precise and accurate tile installation.
• Utilize your knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, and finishing standards to ensure high-quality work.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
• Pay close attention to detail and have the ability to identify and rectify any installation issues that may arise.

• Extensive experience in fixing porcelain, ceramic, and large-format tiles.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Skilled in setting-out, measurements, alignment, and level control.
• Previous experience supervising and directing tile fixing workers.
• In-depth knowledge of tile installation methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and rectify installation issues.
