Pump Maintenance :
Dismantle, inspect, and repair centrifugal, boiler feed, seawater intake, condensate, and potable water pumps.
Alignment & Balancing :
Perform precision alignment of shafts, couplings, and bearings using laser alignment tools.
Testing & Commissioning :
Conduct hydrostatic, performance, and vibration tests post-maintenance.
Troubleshooting :
Diagnose mechanical faults, vibration issues, and seal/bearing failures.
Documentation :
Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, and compliance records.
Safety Compliance :
Follow HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and PPE requirements during outage activities.
Coordination :
Work closely with project engineers, field service engineers, and rigging teams during pump removal/installation.
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years' hands-on experience with rotating equipment, specifically pumps.
Strong knowledge of centrifugal, boiler feed, condensate extraction, and seawater intake pumps.
Familiarity with QE standards, ASME/API codes, and OEM manuals.
