Responsible for supervising electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement activities in continuous-operation Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer plants.
Responsibilities- Supervise, direct, and guide electrical maintenance teams.
- Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement of electrical equipment.
- Ensure correct tools, methods, and resources are used.
- Inspect work quality and ensure corrective actions for identified faults.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related documents.
- Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
- Handle SAP EAM Maintenance work orders.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.
- Engineering Diploma in Electrical trade (12+3 years).
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry.
- Hands-on SAP EAM Maintenance work-order experience.
- Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
- Professional-level ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and good safety record.
