Technician – HVAC Madre Integrated Engineering Mechanical Engineering

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team in Doha. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems within an industrial or commercial context.

• Install HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, piping) as per approved engineering drawings.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose faults in compressors, motors, electrical controls, and refrigerant systems.
• Read and comprehend HVAC engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain service logs, inspection records, and compliance reports.
• Communicate professionally in English during client interviews, inspections, and technical discussions.
• Follow HSE procedures during installation and maintenance activities.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, preferably in FM projects.

Diploma / Technical Certificate in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering. HVAC Technician Certification (ASHRAE or equivalent) is preferred. ISO 9001 Quality Management awareness is preferred. Valid Qatar government project approvals are preferred. HSE training (Work at Height, Confined Space, Fire Safety) is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, specifications, and industry best practices.
