Minimum 10 years experience in industrial electrical work (factory/plant/heavy industry).Strong expertise in PLC, drives, motors, relays, contractors, sensors, and power circuits.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical/automation issues.
Ability to read PLC diagrams and technical manuals.
Willing to support plant operations when required.
Relevant certifications preferred.
