Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Heavy Equipment Operator

Supervise and coordinate daily excavation and earthwork activities at the site. Operate the excavator machine as per project requirements. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials. Read and understand site drawings, levels, and excavation plans. Monitor work progress and report daily updates to the site manager. Ensure all safety procedures and site regulations are strictly followed. Conduct routine inspection and basic maintenance of excavator equipment.

Guide and train workers/operators for better productivity. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site staff. Ensure work is completed within deadlines and quality standard.

12th Pass good english

• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Minimum 8 10 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License.
• Good knowledge of safety standards and operating procedures.
• Ability to read basic construction drawings is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Machine handling expertise.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
