We are seeking an experienced Instrument Supervisor to oversee instrumentation activities at a project site in Mesaieed, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience, and mandatory experience with the Permit to Work (PTW) system in Mesaieed.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily instrumentation installation, maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting activities.
- Coordinate site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site safety procedures, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.
- Monitor work progress, manpower allocation, and productivity.
- Review technical drawings, instrument layouts, and related documentation.
- Identify and resolve instrumentation-related technical issues.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials at the worksite.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant instrumentation experience.
- Proven experience in an instrumentation supervisory role.
- Mandatory PTW experience in Mesaieed, Qatar.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong site coordination, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an industrial project environment.
