Site Traffic Management Supervisor; STMS

* Supervise Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) implementation and removal in accordance with QPRO and Ashghal requirements.

* Ensure compliance with approved Traffic Diversion Plans (TDPs) and work zone safety standards.

* Coordinate with site engineers, TTM subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.

* Conduct daily inspections of traffic management arrangements and maintain safety records.

* Support preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities on bridges, flyovers, underpasses, and tunnels.

* Monitor lane closures, traffic diversions, and night-shift operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant traffic management experience.

* Strong knowledge of QPRO, TTM procedures, and Ashghal standards.

* Previous experience in Qatar highway maintenance projects is preferred.

* Relevant STMS/traffic management certification, where applicable.

* Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

* Valid Qatar driving licence preferred.
