Eligibility Criteria &Minimum Requirements
Applicants must fulfill the following operational criteria to qualify for the position:
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, and finishing work.
- Finishing & Painting: Hands-on experience in furniture polishing, spray painting, and colour mixing, including thorough knowledge of paint types, colour matching, and mixing techniques.
- Material Expertise: Strong working knowledge of wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, and related joinery materials.
- Technical
Skills:
Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
The candidate selection will be conducted through the following stages:
- Screening of online applications and submitted CVs based on qualification and trade experience.
- Trade test / practical evaluation of woodworking, joinery, and finishing capabilities.
- Technical interview followed by document verification.
