The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC supervision within the Oil & Gas industry, valid Qatar Energy approval, and strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, inspection, and project execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and construction activities in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings
- Coordinate HVAC activities with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and other multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements
- Ensure HVAC systems, equipment, and installations meet applicable technical standards and specifications
- Review drawings, work procedures, and technical documentation related to HVAC activities
- Ensure proper execution of HVAC installation, testing, and inspection activities
- Monitor workforce performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Oil & Gas
- Valid Qatar Energy Approval is mandatory
- Must hold a valid e-PTW Certificate
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices
- Good understanding of project specifications, drawings, and technical standards
- Excellent supervisory, coordination, and communication skills
- Proven experience supervising HVAC activities within Oil & Gas projects
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multidisciplinary activities
- Must possess valid Qatar Energy approval and e-PTW certification
- Candidates must be available for the required mobilization date
