We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead food service worker to our Education team in Dolton. As a lead food service worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.

Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Serv Safe certification.
• At least one years’ experience in a food service role.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.
