Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory

Join WIS International as a Retail Grocery Associate – Inventory. This role focuses on inventory management within our grocery segment. The position is part-time and offers competitive pay with a productivity-based wage increase up to $5.00 and a starting wage of $17.00–$20.00.

• Count and record inventory accurately, ensuring precise records.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stocking, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts; use handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and team-oriented attitude.
• No degree needed; military, returning workforce experience valued.
• Reliable transportation.

• Prolonged standing, walking, repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling or crouching, ladder use and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
