  20 hours per week, including sleep-in duties as part of flexible rota
• Salary – Unqualified: £13,208 base, up to £15,908 with sleep in shifts
• Salary – Qualified (Level 3 or equivalent): £13,488.80 base, up to £16,188.80 with sleep in shifts

• Promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of young people
• Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships with young people
• Encourage development of individual interests
• Participate in activities and provide a home‑like environment
• Work on your own initiative and collaborate with a supportive team

• Experience supporting vulnerable young people is desirable but not essential
• Commitment to working weekends and bank holidays
• Ability to undertake sleep-in duties
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive team‑player attitude
• Willingness to engage, motivate and encourage young people
• Desire to learn – full training for a Childcare Diploma Level 3 or Apprenticeship Level 4 is provided

• Full training provided for a recognised qualification
• £45 paid per sleep‑in shift (average 5 a month)
