Are you a caring, creative, Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant looking for a long-term role in a lovely Leeds school? Whether it’s messy play, storytime, or those big “I did it!” moments—you’re all about helping little learners thrive.

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Doncaster who are looking for a qualified EYFS specialist to join their Early Years team. This isn’t just any TA role—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact right at the start of a child’s learning journey.

• A warm and supportive Nursery or Reception setting
• Collaborative Early Years team and hands-on guidance
• CPD and training opportunities (including free Thrive training)
• Weekly PAYE pay—no umbrella deductions
• A dedicated consultant who’s with you every step of the way

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Teaching Assistant Studies (REQUIRED)
• EYFS experience (school or nursery based)
• A nurturing, energetic approach and confidence with the EYFS framework
• Someone who can balance play, routine, and gentle encouragement
• Paediatric First Aid Trained (REQUIRED)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
