Location: Heather Lodge - Doncaster

Compensation: £32,968 - £38,028 / year

Hours: full time, 2 on 4 off including sleep nights. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work. Rotas given in advance. Must be flexible to cover if required.

Pay rate: £13.80 to £4.85 per hour, days (depending on qualification), £60 per sleep night (equates to approximately £35,848.00 to £38,028.00 per annum including 6-10 sleep nights per month). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

We are looking for nurturing and supportive people, who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve amazing outcomes. Our beautiful 2 bedded home in Doncaster offers a homely setting for two young people who need therapeutic placements. Our teams support their young person with all of their domestic needs, education, socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together.

We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

Essential requirements for a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker:

• A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
• A Full driving licence issued in the UK
• Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
• Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
• Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
