Team Leader – Children's Residential Care

Doncaster£14.50 per hour
New 4-bed children's residential home
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to join a new children's residential home in Doncaster.
This would suit someone already working at Senior or Team Leader level who is looking to join a growing organisation with opportunities to progress.
We're looking for:- Children's residential care experience
- Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare
- Previous Senior / Team Leader experience
- Confidence supporting and guiding a staff team
- Ability to work 12-hour day/night shifts
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
- Annual bonus
- Additional birthday day off
- Company profit-share benefit
- Career progression within a growing residential childcare provider
