The Narrabeen Sands Hotel is seeking a professional and welcoming Casual Front Office Attendant to be the face of our beachside venue. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless check‑in/check‑out experience and providing exceptional local knowledge and service.

We are looking for a reliable individual with a polished presentation, strong communication skills and a genuine “people‑first” attitude. Excellent availability is a must, including the ability to work a flexible roster across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service.
• Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible.
• Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required.

• You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment matters.
• You are great with people, communication and detail and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates.
• You are highly organised and have great computer skills.
• You hold a current RSA certificate.

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
