Approved Electrician

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician in the Doncaster area. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing on a variety of commercial projects, primarily in the local area.

• Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in new and existing structures.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using hand tools and power tools, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise apprentices and/or junior electricians, when required.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times to minimise risks on site.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• JIB Gold Card
• Full UK driving licence
• IPAF / PASMA
• Valid UK driving licence

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experienced in electrical installations
