Field Service Technician – Doncaster

Hours: Basic 48hr week + O/T during weekdays and weekends

Salary: £40-45k Basic salary + Overtime @ 1.5 + Expenses, Accommodation, Van

Integrate Engineering Resources is recruiting for a Field Service Technician on behalf of a market leader in the industrial cooling tower sector. The role will involve refurbishing, servicing, maintenance and erecting of industrial cooling tower equipment across the UK and occasionally Europe.

• Maintenance, servicing and installation of factory‑assembled cooling tower equipment on customer sites
• Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, testing and repair of machinery, including disassemblies, cleanings and DCI inspections
• Surveying installations and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
• Documentation: creating detailed teardown reports, maintaining service records and completing technical checklists
• Site safety: strictly adhering to health and safety regulations while working
• Customer support: acting as the technical face of the client, offering advice and identifying potential upgrades

• CSCS / CCNSG card
• NVQ3 / City & Guilds mechanical qualification
• Confined Space, Working at Height, Manual Handling an advantage
• Experience in industrial cooling tower or water treatment sector
• Good working knowledge of cooling towers (service, OEM or general operational understanding)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with some overseas assignments
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at height, and perform manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedules at short notice
• Computer literate, organised and self‑motivated
