Ready to drive your career in the right direction? M4 Specialist is on the lookout for a reliable and motivated Loaders to join our client's recycling and waste management team in Doncaster.

• Induction: WC 1st June.
• Working days:
  Tuesday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Must be available from this date.
• Start times:
  Between 6:00 AM − 8:00 AM.

Your role will contribute to sustainable solutions for both commercial and domestic recycling, helping preserve natural resources for generations to come.

• Assisting the driver with collections.
• Collecting commercial and industrial waste and recyclables.
• Delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures (both client and site‑specific).

• A strong team player with a passion for driving.
• Someone who takes pride in their work and values professionalism.
• Willingness to learn – full training provided.
• Previous waste industry or rear compaction vehicle experience? Great – but not essential!

• £12.81 per hour – Standard day rate.
• Weekly pay – PAYE only.
