• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational performance.
• Perform routine inspections and safety checks in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including reports and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high standards of service and support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Technician within a civils or Drainage environment.
• High Pressure Jetting
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency call‑outs and work outside of standard hours if required.
• Valid UK driving licence.
