On‑Site Electrician – HMP Lindholme, Doncaster DN7 6EE
Salary: £30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance
This is steady, long‑term work on one secure site – no travelling, no chasing jobs.
Job Responsibilities- Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault‑finding, minor works and like‑for‑like replacements
- Testing & inspections to BS7671
- Working as part of an experienced on‑site FM team
- 39 hours per week
- Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 | Fri 07:30–15:30
- 1 in 3 weekends on a rota (paid at +15%)
- Level 2 Electrical qualification
- 18th Edition (17th considered with upskilling)
- Maintenance experience and good H&S awareness
- Prison security clearance and Standard DBS required – fully supported by Amey.
- Secure MoJ government contract
