Field Service Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are looking for a new colleague to join our expanding field service team to look after our growing estate of photobooths, photo printing and key‑cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days.

Salary: £29,952 per annum + bonus scheme.

Location:

Doncaster, UK.

We are looking for a new colleague based within 10 miles of the area, but you will travel around surrounding areas to service machines.

Qualified candidates must have a full driving licence, be self‑motivated, enjoy learning new skills and maintain high personal standards.

• Replenish and restock machines.
• Carry out preventative service visits within a pre‑determined territory.
• Complete site surveys for new machine installations.
• Clean machines to maintain excellent condition.
• Manage cash removals and deposits.
• Perform repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance programme.
• Manage stock on‑site and in vehicles.
• Provide support or holiday cover to field engineers in other territories.
• Establish good working relationships with colleagues of concession partners.
• Exhibit kindness and helpfulness to all colleagues and customers.
• Adhere to appearance standards, wear the correct name badge and uniform, and leave a machine better than when found.
