Out of Doncaster | up to £45k (£21p/hr) + Overtime + Expenses
Are you a Mechanical Fitter, Site Fitter, Installation Engineer, Maintenance Engineer or Service Engineer looking for a varied role with UK and occasional international travel?
We're recruiting for a Site Installation Engineer to install, commission, service and maintain specialist machinery at customer sites across the UK and overseas.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in mechanical installation, fault finding, repairs and commissioning of high-quality industrial equipment. If you enjoy working on-site, travelling and being part of a close-knit engineering team, we'd love to hear from you.

Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Overtime at 1.5x after 42 hours, double time on Sundays

Site Installation Engineer, the role:
Install and commission industrial machinery at customer sites
Carry out mechanical assembly and installation work
Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and complete repairs
Service and maintain machinery and equipment
Read and work from engineering drawings
Complete service reports and installation documentation
Liaise with customers and internal engineering teams
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Essential Requirements
Experience in a mechanical fitting, installation, maintenance or service engineering role
Ability to work from engineering drawings
Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay away when required
Desirable
Mechanical / electrical engineering apprenticeship or equiv
Experience installing industrial machinery, conveyors or production equipment
CSCS card, IOSH or other Health & Safety qualifications
Welding or fabrication experience
Agricultural, manufacturing, food processing or machinery background
Hours & Holidays
Yard-based hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays, Birthday Off, and an additional day's holiday for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave.
