U.S. Customs and Border Protection is hiring entry‑level Border Patrol Agents (GL‑5/7) in various duty locations. The position offers a salary range of $51,632 to $92,912 per year with federal benefits and a Thrift Savings Plan.
Newly appointed agents may receive up to $20,000 in recruitment incentives and up to $40,000 in retention incentives over the first four years. Applicants must meet citizenship/residency requirements and complete the Border Patrol Academy.
