This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Coordinator at our facility in Donna, TX. The Fleet Coordinator will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, manage and maintain fleet management systems, and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle schedules, maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients, and providing outstanding customer service throughout all interactions.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally
• Experience in Operations Management with the ability to organize, plan, and oversee fleet activities efficiently
• Proficiency with relevant software and technologies for tracking and managing fleet logistics
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fleet management or related fields are a plus
