Overview

Knowledgeable and safe operation of assigned equipment according to WSR procedures.

• Operate various types of trucks which may include but are not limited to Over the Road Tractors, Roll Offs and Yard Dogs (spotting vehicles).
• Conduct all required D.O.T. and/or company-required vehicle inspections and checks within the prescribed time frame.
• Maintain daily logs and/or company-required paperwork and submit to designated staff member.
• Abide by company safety policy and pledge to respect coworkers, customers and the motoring public.
• Perform as the face of the company when entering any customer site or location.
• Report any damage to company property of any kind.
• Attend and complete training and certification as requested.

• Adhere to all safety policies and regulations during day-to-day operations.

Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, climbs stairs, and moves continually during working hours. Subject to lifting over 50 pounds.

Full-time position; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work may be required on a need basis.

• Required:
  
  High school diploma.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of commercial truck driving experience.
• Preferred:
  Yard dog driver experience.
