ResponsibilitiesThe Accounting Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Accounting and Finance Department. This role assists with daily accounting functions including accounts payable, invoice processing, reconciliations, data entry, and financial record maintenance. The Accounting Coordinator ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred - 1-3 years of accounting, finance, or clerical experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Lawson or ERP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information
- Strong communication and time-management skills
