About Good Call Sports:
Good Call Sports is a fast-growing, family-owned recreational sports organization serving youth and adult programs. We focus on participation, development, and experience over politics and pressure. As we continue to scale, we are hiring an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to ensure our programs run smoothly and professionally.
The Role:
This position is responsible for owning day-to-day administrative and operational execution. You will manage registrations, rosters, schedules, and communication so leadership and coaches can focus on delivering great on-field experiences.
This role requires strong organization, follow-through, and calm problem-solving. It is not a coaching or marketing position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Systems: Manage registrations, waivers, and rosters, resumes with high accuracy.
- Maintain schedules, staff assignments, and program records.
- Keep internal systems and CRM data clean and up to date.
- Managing departmental budgets.
- Planning fundraisers.
- Communication: Respond to parent and participant inquiries within 24 hours.
- Send program updates, reminders, and schedule changes.
- Maintain and improve FAQs and communication templates.
- Operations Support: Coordinate game-day logistics and readiness.
- Support coaches and staff with scheduling and resources.
- Track equipment, uniforms, and supply needs.
- Identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
