• Purchase order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation
• Sourcing pricing for spares using ILS, OEM websites
• Follow up and monitor status on open purchase orders
• Analyzes inventory levels, demand/spend profiles, and lead times for components involving purchasing decisions
• Other clerical responsibilities...

Experience and Skills

• Computer skills – General MS-Excel and Word skills are mandatory
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Previous Purchasing Aviation Experience
• Excellent communication skills required
• English/Spanish proficiency is mandatory:
  Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in a professional environment

Physical Requirements

• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• The ability to walk up stairs
• Sitting, standing or moving for long periods of time

Education

• High School Diploma, some college is preferred
