ResponsibilitiesWe’re seeking an experienced Auto Detail Manager with 3–5 years of dealership detail shop leadership. This is a hands-on working manager role responsible for overseeing daily shop operations while actively participating in vehicle detailing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of detailers in a fast-paced dealership setting
- Perform high-quality detailing alongside the team
- Manage workflow, quality control, and shop organization
- Coordinate with service and sales departments to meet deadlines
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, efficient work environment
Compensation:
Production flat rate
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of detail management experience (dealership preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work a 6‑day schedule
- Team-oriented leadership style
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record
