Position Summary
The Head of Commercial for Paisly is passionate about creating a compelling commercial offering for a dynamic, startup-like subsidiary with very high growth aspirations. Building on the understanding of our customers and value proposition, they develop the product, promotion, and pricing strategy to disrupt the travel industry and drive revenue growth. They are a hands-on leader who will work cross functionally to identify opportunities to develop, innovate, and grow our product portfolio, build deep partnerships with business partners including but not limited to hotels, cruise lines, insurance providers, activity partners and car rental organizations, develop innovative promotional strategies, and set and implement our pricing and mark-up strategy to maximize overall revenue.
The candidate will report to the President, Paisly, and provide the leadership to source and develop new business relationships and define and execute a partnership strategy consistent with Paisly's commercial vision.

Essential Responsibilities- Innovate, develop and implement the Paisly product portfolio.
- Develop business relationships with other business partners within the travel & hospitality industry, i.e. hotels, cruise lines, car rentals, insurance and activity partners to enhance Paisly product offerings.
- Define Paisly's pricing philosophy with a view to maximizing overall revenue and then implementing this strategy on a day-to-day basis.
- In conjunction with the Marketing and Data Analytics teams, evaluate customer data to measure the results and effectiveness of promotional initiatives.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex customer and product data sets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and operating procedures of business partners and develop high-level targets for partner performance.
- Continuously evaluate and update partnership agreements to support competitive pricing strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage existing and new partnerships on an ongoing basis, including performing data-driven assessment of partnership value.
- Build a collaborative partnership with Paisly Marketing and Tech teams to maximize product capabilities.
- Take a significant role in the leadership and development of crew members to support engagement, growth and goal achievement.
- Other complex projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.
- Seven (7) years of Commercial and/or Marketing experience with at least two (2) years in a senior management role.
- Highly experienced in building and developing teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with an ability to problem solve, recommend solutions and intuitively prioritize business issues.
- Sharp analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, inform and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to build interdepartmental relationships across Paisly and Jet Blue.
- Experience building and managing a budget.
- Available for overnight travel (10%).
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
