Senior Manager ​/ Portfolio Management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager/Portfolio Management in Doral, FL.

We are looking for a strategic and highly organized leader who can:

* Manage and provide visibility across a portfolio of technology initiatives

* Establish priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery governance

* Drive accountability and predictability across multiple teams and initiatives

* Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide clear insights and recommendations

* Think beyond day-to-day execution and develop a 2-3 year vision for scaling the portfolio and organization

* Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve portfolio management, delivery, and decision-making

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)

* Professional credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) are highly valued

* 8 to 10+ years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management

* Strong financial acumen, risk management, data analysis, and executive communication

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
