Job Summary At Celestar, a B&A Company, is looking for a Procurement Analyst in support of an important mission. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team while supporting SOUTHCOM. Responsibilities
* Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.

* Personnel must be proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.

* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required.

Education and Experience
* A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
-OR- A minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
Required Skills
* Must have demonstrated experience in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.

* Personnel must have experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.

* Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required.

* Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)
