The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis activities to strengthen financial planning, enhancing operational visibility, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Client Details A company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, located in Doral. Description Develop and manage financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on financial analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial inputs. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on business goals. Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and scenario planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Hands-on FP&A Manager to build financial rigor, improve forecasting accuracy, and provide actionable insights to leadership. A strong background in finance, particularly within the FMCG industry. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication abilities to effectively present financial insights. Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
