FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis activities to strengthen financial planning, enhancing operational visibility, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Client Details A company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, located in Doral. Description Develop and manage financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide leadership with actionable recommendations based on financial analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial inputs. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess their impact on business goals. Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and scenario planning. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
