• The Senior Ontology Expert/ Project Manager oversees project execution, ensures compliance, and manages contractor deliverables.
• Possess the knowledge and capability to deliver project deliverables in the DoD ontology domain:
Skilled at complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, knowledge graph integration, or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis
• Proficient in Sys Eng Ops , Dev Sec Ops , version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) processes.
• Skilled in Python, R, SQL/No

SQL,Postgre

SQL, ESRI (ArcGIS/Arc Py).

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Master's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a closely related field
-OR- A minimum of 11 year's experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development, strong background in Sys Eng Ops , Dev Sec Ops , version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP).
