Position: Training Coordinator with Security Clearance
Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking a Training Coordinator to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. The role involves overseeing Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations. The Training Coordinator will apply instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting training for partner nations.
* Manage training on geospatial tools and operational dashboard utilization.
* Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
* Conduct hands-on training sessions.
* Facilitate communication and cross-cultural knowledge transfer.
* Oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization using ESRI ArcGIS or other tools.
* Incorporate real-world scenarios into training programs and adapt content to evolving needs.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.
* Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft.
* Exposure to ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission-relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with international partners.
* Experience in interagency collaboration.
* Experience in training program assessment. Required

Education and Experience Equivalency
* Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
* OR Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development. Required Certifications
