OverviewOur client, a growing and well-respected law firm in Weston, is seeking a highly motivated Transactional Associate Attorney with both corporate and real estate experience for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to step into a fast-paced practice, prove their value, and transition into a long-term position.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of sophisticated transactional matters while gaining exposure to complex deals in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

- Hands-on transactional work with meaningful responsibility
- Exposure to complex corporate and commercial real estate matters

- Manage an individual caseload with partner oversight
- Structure and close complex business and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Commercial leases
- Joint venture agreements
- Service and operating agreements
- Review and analyze due diligence materials, title commitments, and corporate documents to identify legal and business risks
- Advise clients on entity formation, corporate structure, operating agreements, and related contracts
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize AI-assisted legal tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Deliver high-quality, detail-oriented legal work product
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues while working independently when needed
- Assist with business development and relationship-building efforts as appropriate
- 2–5 years of Florida transactional experience, with a focus on:
- Corporate law
- Commercial and real estate transactions
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Strong research, writing, and drafting skills
- Technologically savvy with the ability to integrate tools into daily workflow
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
