Cut, clean, trim, and portion seafood products according to established company specifications and quality standards;
Sort and grade raw materials and finished goods by size, weight, and overall quality to ensure consistent product output;
Package products into trays, bags, or boxes and operate automated vacuum sealing machinery to prepare items for retail and wholesale distribution;
Apply accurate weight, date, and product labels to finished packages, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements;
Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, and machinery daily to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a hygienic production environment
