We are a boutique Real Estate Law Firm located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Qualifications
- Prior real estate closing experience of minimum of 5 years
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence for real estate transactions.
- Knowledge and experience with Title Insurance processes.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and processing Leases and related real estate agreements.
- Experience and understanding of Commercial Real Estate procedures and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple transactions effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work diligently in a remote team environment.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience in the real estate legal field is preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate transaction software and tools is a plus.
Schedule: Part-time (flexible hours)
Location:
Miami, Brickell or REMOTE/hybrid depending on experience
Compensation: Negotiable
