Role Overview
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They act as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a dynamic environment, connecting deeply with customers, and continuously building expertise in wireless technology and customer needs. This role is a learning position, preparing you for advancement to Retail Associate Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and sales, including helping customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
- Use digital tools effectively to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
- Build relationships with customers and collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Passionate about customer service and sales, with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively and balance customer needs with sales goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
