- Payroll Weekly
- Tracking invoices / spend
- Assist with vendor set‑ups
- Submitting expenses
- Responsible for codes for approval and submitting invoices
- Safety meeting minutes
- Assist with budget planning / cost reductions
- Operator uniform purchase / tracking
- Corporate and local Programs oversight / tracking / execution as needed
- Office Supplies as needed
- Meeting organization and set ups as needed
- Stock Break Room with Supplies as needed
- Records Management / Retention / Disposal / Tracking
- Filing as necessary – Maintain Environmental Folders / Track mailings
- Other duties as needed
- Assisting the Terminal Managers and operators in accomplishing the ever changing daily operating plans and challenges is part of the role.
- The Ops Assistant needs to be knowledgeable of the physical layout of the facilities they support.
- Detailed familiarity with corporate and local operating, environmental, safety, security procedures, TMS and water management is required.

$24.28 - $33.89
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
