Temporary Assignment

Onsite

• Receive and coordinate vehicle requests from production and internal teams
• Enter and track reservations in fleet management systems
• Check vehicles in and out, ensuring accurate documentation
• Communicate with mechanics and staff to align on vehicle readiness and availability
• Assist with basic billing and PO tracking as needed
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure requests are completed

• 2+ years' experience in scheduling, logistics, transportation, or coordination preferred
• 2+ years exhibiting clear communication and data entry administration skills.
• 2+ years working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customers
• Comfortable using computer systems (Outlook, Excel, or similar tools)
• Ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
