Customer Service Specialist

Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Spare Parts Management & Quotations:
Prepare and issue quotes for spare parts, communicate pricing and terms with clients, coordinate with overseas manufacturing suppliers, and oversee order processing from entry to fulfillment.;
Inventory Coordination:
Track spare parts inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.;
Logistics & Transportation:
Organize inland ground transportation for service deliverables, and coordinate shipping/logistics for trade shows/exhibitions.;
Service Operations & Documentation:
Maintain complete and accurate service documentation, including transport records, service reports, and client correspondence.;
Customer Communications:
Act as the primary point of contact for the After-Sales department, addressing inquiries and providing order status updates.
